JessB Drops Collection 'New Views' + Video 'So Low' Ft. Paige
JessB means business with her EP New Views, a fully-fledged flaunt of her range and hip hop prowess. Single 'Mood' has already had massive Aotearoa alt-radio success, and New Views is a cool, calm and collected continuation of the same bumping sounds with addictive, buzzy bass. JessB has levelled up since last year’s Bloom EP, but the excellence of tracks like 'Pushing The Space' and 'Day Ones' can be heard in the latest release too, just with a years worth of touring and collaboration racked up to bolster it. 'Work With' is a stand out, dripping with dance beats and Rihanna vibes, and 'Bump Bump' will no doubt have a high-rotation spot with a chorus and trimmings from Church Leon (Church & AP). 'So Low', featuring Tāmaki Makaurau songwriter Paige, is a straight up love song tucked into the middle of the EP, and has been given a beautiful, glam-meets-emo visual treatment.
