Don’t Quit Your Day Job dives into the reality of trying to make a living as a musician in Aotearoa. Produced and directed by Taite Music Prize 2019 winner Tom Scott (Avantdale Bowling Club), the 26 minute documentary features artists affiliated with the YGB (Young, Gifted and Broke) collective, including Bailey Wiley, ENO x DIRTY, Haz Beats, Christoph El Truento, Dominic 'Tourettes' Hoey and more. Teased last week, Don’t Quit Your Day Job is the first film released YGB Records, who have also revealed their second release is dropping in mid-September – an eight track collection titled Bird Of Paradise, showcasing the joint collaborative talents of Karnan Saba (Avantdale Bowling Club - Water Medley) and lyricist Hone Be Good (Side Steps Quintet).
