It’s EP release day for Tāmaki Makaurau garage rockers Echo Ohs, with Wild Weeds finally out in the world this morning. The sick psych collection was given the Earwig Studios recording treatment, a bit of a shift away from their dependable DIY sound whilst maintaining all the expected wild west fuzz and tumble weed. The new drop is the follow up to their 2017 debut album Hot Pockets, and is out now on highly covetable 12" vinyl via the champs at 1:12 Records. Tonight the trio of Yolanda Fagan, Daniel Ward and Guy Forks are having an EP release rager at Whammy Bar in Auckland, with support from Contenders, Te Huhu and Bib Kids.
