Mousey Unveils Single 'A Lifelong Pursuit'

A.K. / Friday 13th September, 2019 11:45AM

Ōtautahi folk-pop songwriter Mousey has shared a soaring country-tinged single, the fourth release from upcoming debut album Lemon Law. 'A Lifelong Pursuit' dives and swoops, with driving toms and layered vocals conjuring an image a packed pub singing along with raised glasses. Serena Close, the brains behind Mousey, gave some in depth insight into the track, explaining it’s about "the constant smashing of the walls around you and taking new ground towards living a life of unconditional love … A life long pursuit of pushing forward". Soak up Mousey’s wise words this October on her very first nationwide tour, and a few stops in Australia too, featuring support from Pickle Darling, Beachware, Dirty Pixels and more. Get hooked on the heartfelt optimism of 'A Lifelong Pursuit', and take note of where Mousey’s playing near you…
