David Hasselhoff Covers The Jesus And Mary Chain's 'Head On'

Baywatch's David Hasselhoff is no stranger to a catchy tune, having successfully honed a successful side-career as an 80s pop star in Europe. What may come as a surprise is the buff US icon is a fan of the sunglasses-worshipping sonics of Scottish duo The Jesus And Mary Chain, as evidenced by his brand new cover of their 1989 classic 'Head On'. Hasselhoff's passionate rendition is quite frankly kickass, slotting comfortably alongside the swaggering works of a younger generation of artists including Kirin J. Callinan and Alex Cameron. The Hoff's latest release features The Cars guitarist Elliott Easton and is drawn from his new album Open Your Eyes dropping this Friday, which also includes special guests Todd Rundgren, Charlie Daniels and James Williamson of the Stooges.
