Sleaford Mods Debut New Zealand Show Announced

UK electronic punks Sleaford Mods are heading to Aotearoa for the very first time this coming February, to play a one-off headline event at Auckland's The Powerstation. Famously acclaimed by Iggy Pop as “undoubtedly, absolutely, definitely the world's greatest rock n roll band,” Sleaford Mods are a group like none other. Since getting the ball rolling in 2007, Jason Williamson's snarling and bleakly hilarious spoken wordplay plus Andrew Fearn's driving loops have proven to be an unmatchable equation, railing against mediocrity and reimagining punk for our contemporary age over eleven studio records including this year's smashing long player Eton Alive. Don't even think of missing the Nottingham duo this summer, for what's sure to be a real deal live highlight of 2020...
