Mini Simmons Spring / Summer Shows Announced

Tāmaki Makaurau rockers Mini Simmons have been making significant waves in 2019 – they were recently the first local group to have an actual vinyl record (not a lathe cut or dub plate) pressed in Aotearoa in over 32 years (via the industrious team at Holiday Records), and took over the stage at Spark Arena for the Nathan Haines-curated 2019 Silver Scrolls Awards, performing a harmonica-tooting rendition of finalist Benee's breakout hit 'Soaked'. They're keeping the ball rolling with a pair of high profile events in the near future, Mini Simmons are presenting end of spring knees-up The Rock ‘n’ Roll Time Machine, "a mischievous eve of decadence" at The Tuning Fork in late November supported by 60's psych-inspired locals Smokestack Slim, and they're sharing the bill at Tauranga's Kaleidoscope NYE festival with fellow guitar wranglers Soaked Oats, Marlin's Dreaming and Half Moon Baby.
