Unchained XL Drops Video ‘SIXTY FO' MO’

Nigerian Kiwi rapper Unchained XL (aka Hugh Ozumba) has shared a powerful audio-visual combo called ‘SIXTY FO' MO’. The video-only release showcases a single sixty four bar verse chock full of on-point wordplay and hard-hitting critiques of society, while pouring scorn on recently imprisoned rapper A$AP Rocky and shedding light on racism against Africans in Aotearoa. The clip was shot by Geoff Ong at St Paul’s Church on Tāmaki Makaurau’s Symonds Street, depicting the artist accompanied on piano and drums by Kevin Posey and Elijah Whyte respectively.
