Antony Jeffares has cranked up the funk on his latest drop 'We Carry On', co-written by Merk aka fellow Tāmaki Makaurau pop songwriter Mark Perkins. Following up on the success of his debut single 'Wrong / Loss', Jeffares leans into his 80s pop affinity with a track more suited for a boogie, which he described as "a simple ode to getting through the tough moments.” In the clip, shot by film maker Olive Jeffares, who happens to be the songwriter's wife, the crooner takes a tourist trip through his own town atop a double decker bus, hitting all the hot picturesque spots Auckland has to offer.
