Sebadoh fans were salivating at the prospect of Lou Barlow, Jason Loewenstein and Bob D'Amico's return to Aotearoa this week. They played Pōneke's San Fran on Tuesday night with support from newcomers Secrets Of The Sun, and swept into Tāmaki Makaurau's Whammy Bar last night for a headline performance, preceded by local noiseniks Swallow The Rat, who are soon heading to North America to tour and play SXSW.
