Vox Venus Unveil Debut EP 'Rise & Shine'
Te Henga electronic duo Vox Venus have shared a four song collection, perfectly timed to put a spring in your step as you navigate life and love in our new social distancing landscape. Drenched in celestial synths and peppy glockenspiels, Heather Bolton with new drummer Hannah de Kosta's songs (originally recorded with Heather's brother Paddy Bolton and Coro Sonic Lab’s Matt Sephton) sound like intergalactic daydreams – posing listeners the question "what kind of universe is this anyway?" Offering a currently much-needed alternative to irl events, you can catch Vox Venus playing an EP release show on Facebook Live on 20th March from 7.00pm. Note that if you purchase a download during the times of 8pm Friday and 8pm Saturday this week (NZ time), Bandcamp is waiving their revenue share on all sales, so all cash goes directly to the artist...
