For many people, the eerily familiar idea of being trapped in an enclosed space for an extended length of time might provoke feelings of anxiety, but for Tāmaki Makaurau's Thee Golden Geese it's a recipe for a whole lotta fun. Their catchy latest number 'Stuck In The Studio' tells the "true story" of a time when the band were accidentally confined within their nest-like HQ, leaving the rockin' four-piece with no other option but to continue writing snappy tunes for days on end, giving birth to a creative hot streak of mythical proportions. "We made a song once upon a time, earlier this year, called Stuck In The Studio. It was about a hilarious and unthinkable situation where inexplicably a group of people got stuck in one place, unable to leave, for unknown reasons. As it turned out, as usual, Thee Golden Geese predicted what was about to happen, and inadvertently wrote what will turn out to be the anthem of this era."
