In what's become a regular UTR ritual over the past month, we proudly present our Weekend NZ Livestream Events Guide (all times below NZST).

Not unlike the mythological plight of Tantalus, for gig-goers across Aotearoa live events continue to dangle frustratingly just out of reach, like ripe delicious fruit. While we can all collectively ensure our live venue culture thrives into the future by donating to the crucial #saveourvenues fundraising campaign, we can also celebrate NZ music this weekend by supporting local livestream events. Canterbury imprint Melted Ice Cream follow up the titanic success of their recent Better Living, Everyone! streaming festival with tonight's first episode of Better Living TV, kicking off at 7.00pm and featuring Motte, Kraus, Yolanda Fagan (Echo Ohs, Na Noise), Birdation, Stef Animal, Centre Negative, Minisnap plus more. Also on tonight, the second E NOHO event for NZ Music Month is happening from 8.00pm sharp via Facebook Live, hosted by Ed Waaka and featuring Wellington's Bakers Eddy (Wellington) and Auckland's Park Rd.

Jam-packed NZ livestream shows taking over the net on Saturday include Electric Kiwi presents: Jam on Toast: a Facebook Live Music Festival, featuring The Upbeats, Mini Simmons, Paige, Randa and There's A Tuesday Between A Monday And Between A Wednesday (who will be referred to from now on as TATBAMABAW) from 5.00pm, while Hallensteins: Live In The Lounge commences from 2.00pm, showcasing rising stars Beachware, Riiki, Rei and Raiza Biza.

So popular he gets a paragraph of his own (and deservedly so), Marlon Williams will be keeping us all enthralled this Sunday, with a special online premiere screening of the full accompanying concert film footage to his 2019 collection Live at Auckland Town Hall, starting at noon, followed by a Q & A session from 1.30pm.
