Tribute To Thundercat Announced Ft. Swap Gomez, Guy Harrison, JY & Kenji

A golden quartet of some of Tāmaki Makaurau's finest jazz cats are taking on the eclectic and masterful music of Thundercat next week, and for the first time in a long time, a strong internet connection is not a requirement. Swap Gomez, JY Lee and Kenji of Yoko-Zuna and Avantdale Bowling Club keyboardist Guy Harrison will have you grooving in your seats (one metre apart) and rattling your reserved table (two metres apart) along to the superbly fluid compositions of Thundercat's funk and RnB. Due to the nature of Level 2 regulations, tables and tickets will be limited to 42 people, and once seated, attendees will receive table service only. What better way to wash your hands of lockdown, and continue to frequently wash your hands, than with a cosy evening of soul at Ponsonby Social Club...
