El-P and Killer Mike have said "Fuck it, why wait" and dropped their eagerly anticipated Run The Jewels 4 as protesting and police violence erupts across the US. RTJ4 is an unstoppable force, featuring big names and bigger voices, from pop giant Pharrell Williams and prolific rapper 2 Chainz, to legendary soul singer and American Civil Rights activist Mavis Staples and Queens Of The Stone Age's Josh Homme. The duo have had an insanely successful four years since Run The Jewels 3 dropped in 2016, scoring and featuring in major films and Netflix series, garnering a Grammy nomination, and launching their own strain of cannabis. RTJ4 will energise and inspire, jacked up with non-stop brutal bass, trap beats, and formidable bars on inequality, as relevant as ever. Here's what Run The Jewels had to say on their social platforms today...

"Fuck it, why wait. The world is infested with bullshit so here’s something raw to listen to while you deal with it all. We hope it brings you some joy. Stay safe and hopeful out there and thank you for giving 2 friends the chance to be heard and do what they love. With sincere love and and gratitude, Jaime + Mike."

Skip your morning macchiato or your midday Monster, this'll do the trick...

El-P and Killer Mike fill the streets in the 'Ooh LA LA' clip with a fantasy protest, watched over by hot air balloons as children play jump rope and piles of money burn...

'Run The Jewels 4' is out now via BMG.
