Julianna Barwick Unveils Single / Video 'In Light' Feat. Jónsi Of Sigur Rós

Last on our shores this time last year sharing the bill with Mary Lattimore and Roy Montgomery, Brooklyn composer and sonic experimenter Julianna Barwick has indulged fans today with spectacular new single 'In Light'. Barwick approached Icelandic musician Jónsi of Sigur Rós to collaborate on the track, and the two groundbreaking artists pushed one another to create this mind-blowing, world-building piece. Barwick then went on to create a breathtaking accompanying video with those in her bubble – who just so happened to include a cinematographer, a director, and ballet dancer Katie Malia.
