Mo Muse Shares Mindblowing Freestyle Video
From his debut full-length The First Generation LP making waves late 2019, to BLKCTY tracks 'FUNDS Pt. II' and 'FLYING' dropping this year, not to mention a couple of slick, cinematic music videos, Somali-Kiwi rapper Mo Muse has his fans' undivided attention. His latest slice is '2020 Freestyle' - a three-minute, platinum example of Aotearoa writing talent and flow, impossible to tear your ears away from. Tom Grut's stripped back visuals rotate through lush gold, violet, rose and silver shades, reacting to Mo Muse's bars and underscoring noteworthy lines like "The way I look could be a warrant for my death" and "The media tryin' to use me, begging me to be their token". Hear it for yourself here, or click the image below. Listen closely.
