M0ppy Drops Single 'Ghost Steps' + Announces Auckland 'MYOPIA' Show

M0ppy Drops Single 'Ghost Steps' + Announces Auckland 'MYOPIA' Show

Tuesday 15th September, 2020 9:37AM

The solo electronic moniker of the multi-talented Thom Burton (Guardian Singles, SoccerPractise, Wilberforces), M0ppy leaps back into action following his student radio chart-topping Randa collab 'Bad Jelly' with brand new track 'Ghost Steps', plus a just-announced headline gig at Tāmaki Makaurau's The Wine Cellar this coming Friday. Clocking in at just over nine minutes, the appropriately spectral 'Ghost Steps' envelops listeners in a foggy wash of smeary synths, ambient guitars and delicate beat-scapes. The cinematic tune is a first taste of a new album from M0ppy titled MYOPIA, set to drop on 23rd October, which Burton will be premiering in full for lucky punters at this week's seated show — get amongst via the details below...

Friday 18th September - The Wine Cellar, Auckland
