Now that live gigs in the South Island can kick off unrestricted once again, Ōtautahi punters will be looking forward to cutting loose at Never Mind The Punkfest 2020, taking over Embankment Tavern with three days and nights of riotous punk action this October. Celebrating a full spectrum of furious punk sounds and cultural activities, this year's festival hosts an all-killer bill of bands from throughout Aotearoa, including Dick Move, The Tacks, Piggery, Ayn Randy, Unsanitary Napkin, Zhukov, Nervous Jerk, Contenders, Pulvinar and many more — along with a punk rock market on the Saturday afternoon featuring must-cop merch, zines and propaganda.
