LUNG Summer Tour Of Aotearoa Announced
Originally hailing from Palmerston North and described by Screams From The Gutter as "one of the greatest bands you never heard," LUNG are gearing up for a four date tour taking them all across Aotearoa in December and February. Currently based in Wellington and featuring original vocalist / guitarist Dave White and original bassist Phil Williscroft with Zak White on drums, LUNG made first made waves from 1990 to 1995 with a foreboding industrial-fuelled sound which drew comparisons to their hometown's The Skeptics, as well as the sonically uncompromising rosters of overseas imprints Touch and Go and / or Amphetamine Reptile. LUNG have made their early '90s albums Cactii (1991, recorded at at Writhe studios by Bailterspace's Brent McLachlan), 3 Heads on a Plate (1993) and 1990's Live Stomach (recorded when they were first named The Clear) available over on Bandcamp here for all to enjoy in our digital era. Join LUNG on their summer "celebration of industrial psychotic garage grunge guitar & beats" at the dates below...
