The Bats Share Snowy Time-Lapse Clip For 'Beneath The Visor'

A.K. / Thursday 26th November, 2020 10:04AM

Less than a week on from sharing their tenth album Foothills, Flying Nun stalwarts The Bats have one more video up their sleeve. The time-lapse clip for 'Beneath The Visor' will look familiar, framing the very same bright magenta rhododendron as is featured on the album cover, in the very same pocket of inland Canterbury where much of Foothills was recorded. Dallas Henley, who spent much of that recording time feeding the band, had the bright idea of capturing the photoshoot on her phone, showing the band shuffling in and out of shot amongst flurries of snow. Enjoy 'Beneath The Visor' and this classic Te Waka a Māui overlap of winter chills and spring blooms...

The Bats' tenth album 'Foothills' is out now on Flying Nun.
