Waikato-born, Pōneke-based guitar-pop foursome DOONS have revealed their fresh five song collection perfectly in sync with a summer launch tour, starting tonight in the hallowed halls of their current hometown's San Fran with Revulva and Eli Superflyy. Guitars as sparkling as the waters at Oriental Bay Beach on a good day and big-hearted yet relatably world-weary lyrics are dished out in abundance on The Importance Of Being Indifferent, "a treatise in sincerity, earnestness and nuance, inspired by an Aotearoa New Zealand plagued by irony and social apathy."
