New Dates Announced For Mansfield - In Her Own Words Shows
At last the brains and brawn of 2020's Mansfield compilation have got a couple of dates locked in to perform their musical reimaginings of iconic New Zealand writer Katherine Mansfield's poems. Every track featured on the Charlotte Yates-curated collection can be experienced live at Auckland's Bruce Mason Centre and Wellington's Michael Fowler Centre in June. The multi-band format will be accompanied by "a narrated, curated selection of Katherine Mansfield's visceral letters", a task taken on by Aotearoa film and tv hot shot Miranda Harcourt.
