Whoever came up with the idea of a beer and metal festival deserves a medal. The dream became a reality on Saturday when Bulletbelt, Planet Of The Dead (who dropped their awesome new album Pilgrims on Friday), 3000AD and Stormforge converged upon Te Whanganui-a-Tara's Valhalla for the first ever Kulthu: Beer And Metal Fest. Photographer Bruce Mackay made it along to capture some epic snaps of headliners Bulletbelt throwing down while their very own Warlord beer was flowing at the bar.
