US folk angels Big Thief serve up a genre-pushing feast on Dragon New Warm Mountain I Believe In You, the band's fifth collection in seven years. Overflowing with warmth and experimentation, the double album was written and recorded in five months across Upstate New York, Topanga Canyon, The Rocky Mountains, and Tucson, Arizona, all in an attempt to document their growth - both as a band and individuals. Of the 45 tracks they came out the other side with, twenty ended up on the final record, featuring moments of gentle psychedelia on the likes of 'Little Things', classic Big Thief rawness on 'Change', and the fiddle-laden joy and spontaneity of 'Spud Infinity'.
