The Garbage & The Flowers Unveil New Album 'Cinnamon Sea'

Originating within Te Whanganui-a-Tara's underground community all the way back in 1991, The Garbage & the Flowers are still an active musical proposition, now based in Australia and regularly performing live. They've unveiled Cinnamon Sea, the band's first official long player since 2016's "lost album" The Deep Niche. Sporting five frayed and frazzled psych / dream pop gems, Cinnamon Sea provides an enticing introduction for new listeners to the near-mythical group fronted by Helen Johnstone and Yuri Frusin, yet their enigmatic timeless qualities remain reassuringly intact — listen below...
