Listen To Avantdale Bowling Club's New Album 'TREES'

Chris Cudby / Friday 30th September, 2022 1:51PM

Avondale icon Tom Scott shares today TREES, the second studio album from his Taite Music Prize-winning hip hop / jazz project Avantdale Bowling Club. Reuniting with @Peace collaborator Christoph El Truento on production duties, the feverishly anticipated record came together after Scott scrapped an entire alternate long player's worth of earlier material — feeling on initial listen like a more intimate but no less lyrically razor sharp offering than 2018's debut multi-media opus. Already reaping 'album of the year' accolades, for a forthright account of Scott's circuitous journey towards the launch of TREES, head over to the official ABC site and read his essay I Wrote This Album A Few More Times Than UsualGrab yourself a coveted vinyl copy of the album HERE, check out a behind the scenes glimpse of the all-star recording sessions for TREES over on Scott's Instagram page HERE, let the new record sink in and don't miss Avantdale Bowling Club touring nationwide at the following dates...
