Extending the spooky season into mid-summer, a jam-packed lineup of artists from throughout Aotearoa will be performing at Gathering Shadows 2023, subtitled "a long weekend of dark arts and music" — providing necessary respite from all that sunshine at Pōneke's Valhalla and San Fran from 20th to 22nd January. Traversing sonic realms from goth, industrial, post-punk, darkwave and more, the three night festival will also include art and markets, presented by Shadowplay in collaboration with Valhalla Touring.
