Papa Roach + The Used Auckland Show Announced

Due to red hot demand, Papa Roach and The Used are bringing their double headline Cut My Life Into Pieces Tour to New Zealand, following last month's announcement of Australian dates. There'll be no more wailing and gnashing of teeth for local FOMO-fevered fans, as both heavy rocking US groups have leapt into action, organising their own self promoted Aotearoa show happening at Auckland's Eventfinda Stadium on 18th April, with special guests to be revealed.

Riding a wave of chart-topping success for their new album Ego Trip, Papa Roach's high decibel career spans nearly three decades — arising from Vacaville, California in the early '90s to unleash such massively popular long players as Infest (2000), Lovehatetragedy (2002) and Getting Away with Murder (2004). Still fronted by founding members Jacoby Shaddix and Jerry Horton with Tobin Esperance (who joined in 1996) and drummer Tony Palermo, Papa Roach are heading our way touring their 11th studio opus Ego Trip.

Utah heavy-hitters The Used will be arriving on our shores just ahead of the launch of their ninth studio album Toxic Positivity, and will no doubt be treating local fans a sneak preview. Formed back in 2001 and straddling sonic realms of post-hardcore, punk, screamo, hard rock, and heavy metal (cannily summed up by the band as "gross pop"), key album releases from the prolific crew include In Love and Death (2004), Lies for the Liars (2007),  Artwork (2008) and Vulnerable (2010). New Zealand rock fans witnessed Australian’s go bonkers on the announcement of the mind blowing double headed monster of a tour called the “Cut My Life Into Pieces Tour” that was announced last month!

Fans immediately started flooding the band's socials demanding a show in NZ so the Influential rock icons took notice. Having seen the excitement PAPA ROACH & THE USED took matters into their own hands and decided to put on their own self promoted show and thus they are thrilled to announce that they will land in Auckland on April 18 at EventFinda Stadium with Special Guests.
