Sabreen Islam Unveils Single / Video 'Victory'
Bengali-Aotearoa songwriter Sabreen Islam has shared new single 'victory' from her upcoming debut EP Room Service, launched on Friday with an accompanying music video made with best friend Fabressa Iqram. Describing 'victory' as her "most vulnerable song yet" — recorded with producer Sophie Bialostocki and help from her father Monirul Islam — the rising artist showcases lyrical sensitivity as she explores personal themes, while aptly expressing emotion and vulnerability in the clip. Room Service releases this Friday and Islam will be performing her debut headline show at Tāmaki Makaurau's Big Fan on 19th March with band and special guest Katie Lee, details below...
