Darkspace12 Festival - First Lineup Announced ft. End Boss, JOBS, The Shakin' Hayride + More

Ōtautahi's live gig scene looks to be popping off lately, a FOMO-inducing impression hammered home by the stellar first lineup announcement for Darkspace12, sprawling across the central city's musical meccas of Darkroom, Space Academy and 12 Bar on 22nd April. The multi-venue festival will host Pōneke's earthshaking End Boss, JOBS, The Shakin' Hayride, a rare appearance by keys / drums dynamos The Shocking and Stunning, Somebody Do Something and Tealskie, and that's just the tip of the iceberg as more acts will be revealed soon. An annual highlight of Canterbury's cultural calendar, we recommend grabbing tickets while you can for this limited capacity event, as Darkspace12 (signifying all three venue names) has consistently sold out six years running — details below...

On the night ticketing will be located at 12 Bar. Please check in there to get your wristband which will allow you entry to all three venues. Limited door sales will be available for $40, if the event isn’t sold out already. The last six DarkSpaces have hit capacity quick - so don’t muck around and grab your ticket now!

Each venue has a limited capacity and our friendly security team will be managing this. If a venue is at capacity and you are turned away, never fear - head to one of the other two venues where your new favourite band may well be taking to the stage, and check back in a while later to see if space has freed up at the other venue for you to come inside.
