Matt Joe Gow and Kerryn Fields Touring Nationwide in May / June
Triple finalists for the 2023 MLT Songwriting Award (acknowledging unreleased songs from writers from Aotearoa and Australia), Aotearoa's Matt Joe Gow and Kerryn Fields have a forthcoming collaborative album waiting in the wings, with debut single 'Your Heart Of Gold’ out any minute. They're currently in the midst of their Your Heart Of Gold tour, taking them all around the motu over the next few weeks, squeezing an impressive 15 dates in total into Te Marama Puoro o Aotearoa / NZ Music Month, plus another five gigs in early June. Celebrating their debut release together, both folk songwriters have also recently unveiled significant solo works — Matt Joe Gow launched his new album Between Tonight & Tomorrow in March and Kerryn Fields released her latest album Water in mid-2021.
