Sure Boy Announce 'Better' EP Release Tour
Delivering vibrant "mum-rock" from the Aotearoa’s capital, Sure Boy have announced their debut EP release tour, making their way around Te Ika-a-Māui for four dates throughout July. Beth Stewart, Simone McCarthy, Freyja Appleyard and Lily Fulton are celebrating last Friday's release of their five track Better EP, including the SRN charting stunner 'What You Do When You're Alright’. Showing a mellower side on the beginning of tracks ‘Gum’ and ‘Loose Change’, the group burst forth across the EP with distinctive, punchy pop-rock, complete with gritty guitar hooks and striking harmonies. Hailed by those in the know as "the coolest band in Wellington", Sure Boy will be joined by a wealth of local talent on the tour — check out the full support lineup and hit play on Better…
