Originators of their own namesake annual summer festival on Waiheke Island, Flamingo Pier hail from Aotearoa yet the whole world is their home. Launching their new Beneath the Neon EP via Brooklyn's Razor-N-Tape Records (Midnight Magic, Tigerbalm, Frank Booker) on 1st September, the trio of Luke Walker, Dom Jones and Brad Craig have put together a globe-trotting release tour to spread the word, including parties in Bali, London, New York, Mexico City, and six headline dates across their homeland this coming October.

Painting a dreamy picture is lead single 'How 2 Feel', sporting soul-uplifting trumpet courtesy of Jack Thirtle (Avantdale Bowling Club, Dave Dobbyn), floating amidst the track's ever-evolving body-moving house grooves and energising synth stabs. Flamingo Pier's Beneath the Neon EP will also include remixes by Chicago house producer Glenn Underground and R-N-T co-head JKriv, the latter track featuring a guest contribution from Afro-boogie legend Steve Monite! Guaranteed to sizzle up local dancefloors this spring, don't miss Flamingo Pier at the following dates — joined for their Hollywood Avondale extravaganza by LOU’ANA and friends in the main room, and Frank Booker hosting in the second club space...

"We wanted to create something big enough to play to a few thousand people but with a warm and soulful vibe.

We’ve been huge fans of Razor-N-Tape since we started as a collective, and we’re so excited to be releasing with them. This new EP is our sweet spot — all upbeat and playable club and dance-ready tracks. Pure fun and good times.” — Luke Walker
