Watch WHO SHOT SCOTT Live At Big Fan In New 'TONES' Web Series

Tāmaki Makaurau’s already beloved Big Fan have just launched their TONES web series—a fortnightly video collection of emerging artists performing fresh takes on their songs and giving us more insight into who they are. The first episode features 2022 SRN Awards number one artist WHO SHOT SCOTT aka Zaidoon Nasir, who brings his unparalleled hip hop energy to the Big Fan lounge with compadres Tia and Hyan. Playing this Saturday as part of the all ages music hub's First Birthday Series, the rapper rips into a three-set rager of tracks ‘BUGGIN’’, ‘LOVE WE’LL NEVER KNOW’ and ‘LONERS ANTHEM’.

The multi-purpose and not-for-profit Big Fan space (check out the Sunday programme's segment on its conception HERE) continues to gift us with local talent. Just last night, punters laughed their pants off at the venue's first comedy event, opening their first birthday bash with well-known rib-ticklers Dai Henwood, Guy Williams, Liv McKenzie, Tim Batt and Hoani Hotene. From tomorrow, rising songwriters Molly Payton, Judah Kelley, and Lucian Rice will take the stage, then WHO SHOT SCOTT will close the party on Saturday with Fable, CRYSTAL and DJ Hyan.
