Babe Rainbow Auckland Summer Show Announced

Originally set to tour Aotearoa in 2021 until dreaded pandemic restrictions put the kibosh on that scenario (which would have included an appearance at The Others Way festival), the coast is finally clear for Babe Rainbow to return. Hailing from Byron Bay in New South Wales, the sunny psych-poppers have announced their first local headline event since 2019, treating Tāmaki Makaurau fans to a one-off summer performance at East Street Hall. The Babe Rainbow have certainly been a productive bunch since their last visit, releasing back to back long players Changing Colours (2021) and The Organic Band (2022) via King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard's Flightless Records, last year's live album Levitation Sessions — plus this year's Mushroom and Fresh As A Head Of Lettuce EPs. Join them debuting new tunes aplenty on our shores on 7th January, best move fast as early bird tickets have already flown the coop...
