Press release:

Auckland's post-punk sensation Soft Bait returns with a bang, celebrating the release of their latest single No Bad Days at Whammy Bar on July 27th. Known for their electrifying live performances, Soft Bait has quickly carved out a reputation as one of New Zealand’s most compelling bands.

Since their 2022 debut album ‘Plot Points’, which produced multiple chart-topping singles, Soft Bait has continued to evolve and surprise. Their new single, recorded and produced by De Stevens at Roundhead Studios, dives into the desire for perpetual good fortune and the monotony it can bring, set against a backdrop of pounding rhythms and driving bass.

Soft Bait is also nearing completion of their next album, with much of the tracking already finished. Attendees can look forward to hearing fresh, unreleased material that showcases the band’s latest creative direction.

Don't miss this chance to experience Soft Bait live, as they bring their dynamic sound and new material to the stage. Grab your tickets now. This is a night not to be missed!
