Dateline Touring New Album 'It's All Downhill From Here' This Spring
It's time to make a beeline for Dateline, the 2024 Silver Scroll shortlisted indie-rock project led by songwriting wiz Katie Everingham. Now featuring bandmates Hikurangi Schaverien-Kaa (Ebony Lamb, French For Rabbits, Glass Vaults), Phoebe Johnson (Ebony Lamb, Revulva) and Reuben McDonald, the ever-evolving Pōneke-based group have just announced a three date launch tour for their forthcoming second album It's All Downhill From Here — utilising the world class studio expertise of Jonathan Pearce (The Beths) and out in full on 5th September via Sunreturn. Toasting their new record this spring in Tāmaki Makaurau, Napier and their windy hometown, super city dwellers can also experience a 20 minute advance taste of Dateline's new tunes at next Thursday's all-star Going Global Presents Artist Showcase.
