Twine (Aus) Announce Summer Tour of New Zealand + Unveil Debut Album 'New Old Horse'
Standout live favourites amidst strong contenders at this year's Camp A Low Hum festival, Tarndanya / Adelaide post-rock noiseniks Twine must have had a great time too, as they've announced a four date nationwide tour of Aotearoa New Zealand. They've also just unleashed their debut album New Old Horse, a ten song selection of rustically tinted, soul-scorching balladry and emotive, guitar / violin string-tangling skronk to elevate your inner cowpoke. Mixed by Alex Farrar (who has worked with fellow luminaries in the field Snail Mail, MJ Lenderman and Waxahatchee), open your ears to New Old Horse and don't miss Twine's majestic return in Ōtautahi, Ōtepoti, Te Whanganui-a-Tara and Tāmaki Makaurau — brought to you by Goose Garden...

Press release:
This February, audiences across Aotearoa will be treated to four pristine performances from Australia's finest post-rock exports, Twine. Traveling over three thousand kilometers to deliver some of the most raucous, devastating rock 'n' roll you'll hear all year, Goose Garden is thrilled to welcome one of our all-time favorite bands to New Zealand.
Twine’s return to our shores coincides with the release of their highly anticipated new LP, Old New Horse—a bolt of lightning expertly captured in the studio by band member Matthew Schultz and mixed by Alex Farrar (who has previously collaborated with Snail Mail, MJ Lenderman, Waxahatchee, and more).
Locals will have four chances to catch Twine this summer, performing alongside some of our finest homegrown acts.
