DARTZ Tiny Summer Tour Supports Announced
Operating at the intersection of widespread fan fervor and critical adoration, Wellington punk icons DARTZ have shrewdly made the hype-maximising move to announce supports for their upcoming Tiny Summer Tour of Aotearoa New Zealand, before it sells out completely. Playing can't miss, intimate-scale headline dates in Auckland, Christchurch and their beloved hometown, here is the official word direct from globe-trotting DARTZ CEO and occasional UTR roving reporter Clark Mathews (speaking in third person)...
Returning to the stage and gearing up for a huge 2026, Pōneke favourites DARTZ are back in January with a run of headline shows across Aotearoa – and today they’re stoked to reveal the special guests joining them on tour.
The band from Wellington, New Zealand will be joined throughout January by a rotating cast of top-tier supports, including Buffcat in Wellington, KISSER and Out Of Luck in Christchurch, and CCTV and Slow Rage in Auckland.
DARTZ CEO Clark Mathews issued a brief statement earlier today, thanking fans for the support and encouraging further ticket purchases via Undertheradar, and although we cannot reprint those words here due to an unfortunate tangent taken regarding Eric Clapton, the message is clear: these shows must be attended.
With their hometown show now sold out and limited tickets remaining in Christchurch and Auckland, you’re advised to think fast if you want to catch this (possibly Melbourne-based?) crew before they’re back touring the rest of the globe…
