The songwriting nom de plume of Shaun Blackwell (Te Āti Awa, Ngāti Toa, Ngāti Kahungunu ki Heretaunga), Hemingway's new single 'Promises' is a powerful pop-rock duet with Georgia Gets By — the solo project of Georgia Nott (BROODS) — a heart-bursting, widescreen meditation on the shifting sands of romance and hard-won, 'Que Será, Será' shared personal growth.

Treating Island Bay Festival attendees in the capital to a duo performance with Mercury Fèng just yesterday, it won't be long until Hemingway heads northward with band for the official Tāmaki Makaurau launch party for Wings Of Desire on 27th February.
