Spotlight: Stavroz (BEL) Auckland and Wellington NZ Shows

Emerging from Ghent in the early 2010s, Stavroz have put their own multi-dimensional spin on their Belgian hometown's rich tradition of groove-driven electronica with three studio records out so far. Achieving breakout international success with their 2015 debut album The Ginning — featuring massive hits 'The Finishing' and the title track — Stavroz unveiled album number three Take a Seat late last year, a soulful genre-spanning beatscape / post-rock journey conceived as: "A space to imagine, to dream, to philosophise."

Currently sizzling up Europe's stages with their ongoing Take A Seat Tour, the four-piece are finally wending their way down under, with debut Aotearoa headline dates locked in for Auckland's The Tuning Fork and Christchurch's The Assembly in late March.
