Hans Pucket Return With Single & Video 'G.Y.S.S.'

Just announced as supports for Aotearoa music royalty Split Enz for their forthcoming Forever Enz arena tour, Hans Pucket rev up the release engine with their first official single in four years (!) 'G.Y.S.S.' A highlight of their dependably packed out live shows, 'G.Y.S.S.' greets fans new and old with a maximal sonic pileup of bloopy synths, jagged avant-rock / post-punk riffage, ecstatic brass, and impassioned lyrical Mondayitis.

Prompted by "post-lockdown desperation" and produced by Jon Pearce (The Beths), the Garfield-adjacent tune comes complete with a time / space collapsing video directed by HP bassist Callum Devlin — also director of Sports Team's acclaimed horror-comedy feature film The Weed Eaters (out in cinemas 30th April). Now based between both hemispheres, experience the mighty reunion of Oliver Devlin (The Spectre Collective), Callum Devlin, Jonathan Nott (ONONO) and Callum Passells (The Protection) and keep eyes peeled for more local live appearances very soon...
