Slackbarn Festival 2027 First Lineup Announced ft. Home Brew, MESSIE, Sex Mask (Aus) + More

Jewel in Te Ika-a-Māui's summer festival crown, The Slack Agency have been putting in the mahi behind the scenes to bring you an absolutely top notch lineup for Slackbarn 2027. Returning to the bucolic vineyard surrounds of Havelock North's Black Barn Amphitheatre on 16th January, Slackbarn will be headlined by none other than Aotearoa hip-hop legends Home Brew — featuring the core crew of Tom Scott, Lui 'Silk' Gumaka and Haz Beats — who've just rereleased their classic Last Week EP on vinyl LP and compact disc.

A straight up ripper selection of dance and alt / indie acts complete a compelling first lineup drop — including post-punks from Naarm Sex Mask — and if you snag tickets quick (first 50 tickets sold) you'll receive a stylishly designed Slackbarn tee AND be the envy of your mates.
