Listen: Dunes - Dirt

Dunes are a Los Angeles-based shoegaze outfit who released their layered debut Noctiluca earlier this year. They've now contributed a new track to an album called Songs on Conceptual Art which is exactly what it sounds like: a compilation album for which a bunch of musicians each wrote a track based on Sol LeWitt's Sentences on Conceptual Art (1969). It's all very high brow yes, but the track's loveliness washes over you pretty immediately. Have a listen below.
