The countdown is on until the release of Cat Power's new album Sun and she's ramped up the anticipation today offering up second single 'Cherokee' for free download along with a beautiful remix by Nicolas Jaar. Sun is Cat Power's ninth album, first of original material since her 2006 release The Greatest, and will be available the first week of September. Here is the new single and you can also check out first single 'Ruin' below...
