Listen: The Bengal Lights - Not New York

The Bengal Lights have emerged from a lengthy hiatus with some 'lost' tracks and will perform a one-off show in Auckland this weekend with another formerly disbanded group Bandicoot. The riotous duo of Zoe Fleury aka Zowie and Maeve Munro aka Cat Venom made their mark on the Auckland scene between 2006 and 2008 and recorded an EP that was never released, a fact they're hoping to change soon.

For now though, they've released one track from the ill fated EP - Yuki Yumagutchi and Machiko Kanoe Build Some Bomb (and Try and Destroy the Word) - called 'Not New York', check it out...
