Listen: The Flaming Lips - Look...The Sun Is Rising

The Flaming Lips are a near weekly feature of the music press for their various weird and wonderful creative endeavors but lately it's all been about new album The Terror. Announced in January, the album follows their excellent 2009 release Embryonic and two tracks have now been released. The first, digital-only bonus track 'Sun Blows Up Today', was released at the end of Jan with the lyric clip below and also featured in a Hyundai Super Bowl XLVII commercial (cha-ching!). The second track, and first official single, 'Look...The Sun Is Rising' (we sense a theme here), is now out and available to stream over here via NPR....
The Terror is out in April.
