Manic Street Preachers New Zealand Show Announced
Welsh rockers Manic Street Preachers have announced their first ever New Zealand show this July. The successful trio formed in the late eighties and have ten studio albums under their belt, the last of which (Postcards from a Young Man) came out in 2010. Originally a quartet, founding member and primary lyricist Richey Edwards famously disappeared in 1995 and in 2008 was officially presumed dead - his lyrics formed the basis of the band's 2009 release Journal for Plague Lovers.
