Listen: The Dead Weather - Open Up (That's Enough)

The supergroup consisting of Jack White, Alison Mosshart, Jack Lawrence (The Raconteurs) and Dead Fertita (Queens of the Stone Age) will spend 2014 releasing a series of physical singles, that will be exclusively available to Third Man Records' subscribers before being released digitally. They will then be compiled into an album at the beginning of 2015 and the band have just shared the first single from this project. Called 'Open Up (That's Enough)', it's jarring and gothic (which is further cemented by the accompanying artwork; a black silhouette digging a grave in the foreground of a sinister rural landscape) and pays homage to singles from the first couple of albums by The White Stripes.
